My DM blows!

How do some of these rats make it? No business education at all. you would think when you move up the food chain, you would make the changes that you always bitched about too. But no, still keep the same screw the employee polices. this is weird. you think you would want to make it better.  My DM is a moron. my store manager is scared of him. My DM comes in and everyone has to bow down and can't make eye contact, or you will be on the @hit list.  GC purge the waste, bring in new blood.. please!

The DSM and DOM I worked with when I worked for GC were two of the most incompetent people I ever worked with, in any job, ever.  On top of that, they regularly violated workplace laws and managed by harassment.

It's a common story all across the chain.
Nothing new, the company must like not being able to keep their best employees.
At my local GC, literally the best and brightest have all gone to work for Sam Ash.
