Feedback? I work for a corporation that pays sales associates more than managers. I just don't understand how something like this is possible. We have a larger work load and added responsibility, but not the pay to go with it. Where's the incentive/motivation to go above and beyond when there are those who stay below, do nothing and make more?  Angry

I experienced that at another chain.  More responsibility,  less pay.  Sucks.
